12 days of Kiwi Christmas

 Hello, today we were writing our own 12 days of kiwi Christmas. First we read the book 12 days of Christmas Pukeko in a Ponga tree. We all sang to the book it was great fun, the book was fun but when you read this slide you will be laughing out loud because this is a really funny 12 days of Christmas writing.

This was a fun experiment doing this with my friends. I hope you like our slide. Before you go and read our writing lets make a challenge. if you make it threw our writing without laughing you a god because mostly everyone that saw our writing laughed so good luck. 

Art colouring books

 Hello, Today we were trying to recreate the image of  art coloring books. I did a castle and recreated the colours of the original photo. We were doing this of a Summer Holiday programme Manaiakalani. I enjoyed recreating the colours and trying other pictures too. There was no challenging parts because it was easy to do. I had a lot of fun doing this, I think i'm going to do it again in the Holidays because this was a lot of fun.

What Christmas means to me

 Hello there, today I was Writing about, What Christmas means to me. On the first Slide the people on the beach around a fire is what I do for Christmas with my Family when i'm at Gisborne.

The second slide is my Writing about what Christmas means to me. It only took me Ten minutes to write What Christmas means to me.

Next time when I do writing about Christmas again I will try and write more and put my Capital letterś in the right place.

My Scamming postcard

 Today we were learning about scams and social engineering, And learning about safety online to.We also learnt what is fake and what is real. I found it hard to find my old background because my Chromebook turn off, because my hand was on the turn off button. I found it easy to write show not tell.Next time I would not take most of my time on the background.

Colours in Maori

 Today we were writing the maori colours and the english colours down, so if you don't know what the maori language of the colours are, That means if you don't know what the Maori colours are I am teaching you.

The hard part was to fit everything onto the slide so you can see it properly.

Next time I will try and put everything spread so you don't need to read it off one slide.

Rangi & Papa

We have been learning about Rangi and Papa because at New Zealand it was Maori language week.

I enjoyed this learning because Rangi the sky father and Papa the ground mother and both of them are New Zealand's gardenings. Some writing. Between Rangi and Papa there was no light just darkness. They held on for thousands of years

The Environment Is My Responsibility

 In this process, I was writing about the environment is my responsibility because we have been going to environments to clean up the area so no rubbish goes into the rivers or streams.

Something I struggled with my writing but managed to overcome was when people were taking to each other about something else.

This was fun writing about the Environment is my Responsibility I might do some more in the school holidays.

Kids should bring drink bottles to school

 Today we were writing about, should kids bring drink bottles to school or, should kids not bring drinks bottles to school. The easy part was thinking about my words because the room was quiet so people could think. the hard part was when people were opening the door and closing the door because that was so distracting.

Awapuni Fun Run

We were writing about our Awapuni School Fun Run.I found it easy to write about the Awapuni Fun Run because, I was in it.I found it challenging to write because, there was a lot of noise. Next time I will find somewhere to sit where there is no noise so I can write more words.

We were learning about voice typing blog comments and then
commenting on the person blog I found it easy to write down my ideas about a Quality Blog Comment and showing you what you should not do when you are commenting.I found it challenging to find the right background for my goggle drawing.Next time I will try and do more work for my goggle drawing instead of finding a background for my goggle drawing.

Ururangi animation

I found it easy finishing the animation

I found it challenging to start the animation we could not find people.

We did this because ururangi is connected with Matariki.

We were learning about Ururangi a star in the Matariki cluster.

I found it easy to write my words about Ururangi.

I found it challenging to find some backgrounds for my slide because my Chromebook updated.

Next time I will find some more information about Ururangi.

We were learning about Lunar new year.

I found it easy to put my work on my slide and then put on my blog because it was one of the easy parts.

I found it challenging to think what to write because of everyone typing on they keyboards and it made a loud noise.

Next time I will try and write a little bit more about Lunar because this New year can be fun.

I found it easy to put my work on my slide and then put on my blog because that was easy.

I found it challenging to write down my word because there was a lot of talking.

Next time I will try and write a little bit more about Matariki because you should know what Matariki is about so you can tell your friends if you don't live in New Zealand.

We were learning about a Quality Blog Comment.

I found it easy to write my Blog Comment and do my background.

I found it challenging to bring the arrows to my Positive, Thoughtful and helpful places.

Next time I will try and make my writing bigger.

who I am

Hi my name is Keiha. I live in New Zealand. I am a year 6 at Awapuni school.
I like rugby, gaming and driving my quad. I have 5 brothers and one sister.
I have one dog and one cat.
I like to play rugby a lot.
My goal is trying to be a professional basketball player or professional rugby player.
My culture is Maori and Samoan.

I really liked my maths,writing and everything at school and I'm really good at rugby,
basketball and gaming.
I enjoy playing rugby with my friends in bull-rush when we're aloud .
My challenges are to try and win the Wicker Cup this year and be awesome.

I am looking forward to this year because of our student-led conference and our
rugby games if we have any games because  of Covid-19.
My personal achievements are to try and win the Wicker cup this year and
try and win my basketball tournaments. The person that inspires me is my friend denim because he wants to be like me at basketball.
